| Testing Overview: | The two devices under test will be configured for IPX and no static routes. The Tolly Group engineer will validate that no static route entries appear and that routing tables are empty at the beginning of the test. Thereafter, The Tolly Group will validate successful forwarding of traffic and will confirm that each switch shows appropriate routing information in its IPX routing table. (Because of the absence of "ping" for IPX, it will suffice to show that the routing tables on both sides are updated to reflect the IPX routing environment.) |
